reimbursements. Deal with public, judges, attorneys and other officers in a prompt and
professional manner. Developed training program for computerized booking system.

implemented computerized mapping system to aid in dispatching of calls. Put a map of
the county into the dispatch computers to pinpoint addresses for emergency responders.
