Surveillance Monitoring, Compliance with Federal and State regulations,

and development of primary care facility with architect and builder,
recruitment, supervision and training of physicians, nurses, physician
assistants, lab technicians, x-ray technicians, etc., in the overall
operation and work flow of the unit.
Served as a team consultant to Convergys on project to evaluate DuPont's
Occupational Health, Employee Assistance Program and Industrial Hygiene and
Environmental Safety in Europe visiting multiple locations. Objective was
to determine adequacy of DuPont's program, facilities, cost effectiveness,
operations, etc. and present a plan that would service the client's
employees yet deliver a more cost effective, efficient approach.
Experience related to Katrina response in August 2005. Served as the on-
site Administrator and Nursing Supervisor for the Occupational Health
Clinic facility at John C. Stennis NASA in Hancock County, MS during the
Katrina aftermath. Was responsible for the conversion of a small
occupational health clinic to an emergency response center.
Responsibilities included operation of all medical response related to
primary and emergency care of the employees, their families and 3500
refugees at the NASA facility. Coordinated staff, medical supplies and
emergency response to well over 200 patients per day the first 30 days post
Katrina. Continued support of clinic lasted 6 months until all displaced
persons were relocated and medical support organized for patient care.
Awarded the NASA Public Service Medal for leadership of NASA Stennis Space
Center medical operations during the Katrina Hurricane emergency.
Medical Staffing for Government and Military clients began in summer 2001.
Included overall operations management and recruiting for clients with
multiple state locations throughout the north and southeast United States.
Sites included hospitals, clinics, laboratories, etc. Multiple Award Task
Order (MATO) type bids and contract award for multiple medical staff
positions and Task Order Proposal Request (TOPR) awards throughout duration
of contract. Trend analysis of awards during a 5 year period totaled 32% of
bids.
Successful in development and award of the Department of the Interior and
several other government agency Medical Review Officer (MRO) contracts.
Responsible for program management of their Drug Testing results, utilizing
quality control standards of performance. Emphasis was on directing and
