Founded Occu-Health, Inc. Program management, development, and

administration of business venture in Occupational Health & Medicine and

Medical Staffing for government and military clients. Focus was directed

at offering clients, on a national basis, the Total Concept in Primary Care

and Occupational Health Resources in clinical setting for employees and

family members. Services included, but were not limited to: Medical

Surveillance Monitoring, Compliance with Federal and State regulations,

Worker's Compensation Analysis, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) programs,

Emergency response and treatment of patients, Physical Exams, Comprehensive

Drug Testing Service (MRO, laboratory, and collections, Instructional

Programs), Safety, CPR/First Aid training, Drug Free Workplace, Ergonomics

training & evaluation, Health & Fitness; Industrial Hygiene Services,

Environmental Management Services and Wellness Programs. Performed on-site

analysis evaluation of integrated health systems within the Occupational

Health scope of services to assist clients in cost reduction of insurance

premiums and add to the bottom line. Also included negotiations with Union

employees and representatives during union contract renewals. Functioned

as a liaison between employees and client management, presenting potential

solutions to support both sides and continue an uninterrupted delivery of

service.

Managed, designed and administered several occupational health and primary

medical care clinics which serviced military and employee populations in

excess of 60,000 visits annually combined.

Responsible for coordination and implementation of securing site, design

and development of primary care facility with architect and builder,

recruitment, supervision and training of physicians, nurses, physician

assistants, lab technicians, x-ray technicians, etc., in the overall

operation and work flow of the unit.

Served as a team consultant to Convergys on project to evaluate DuPont's

Occupational Health, Employee Assistance Program and Industrial Hygiene and

Environmental Safety in Europe visiting multiple locations. Objective was

to determine adequacy of DuPont's program, facilities, cost effectiveness,

operations, etc. and present a plan that would service the client's

employees yet deliver a more cost effective, efficient approach.

Experience related to Katrina response in August 2005. Served as the on-

site Administrator and Nursing Supervisor for the Occupational Health

Clinic facility at John C. Stennis NASA in Hancock County, MS during the

Katrina aftermath. Was responsible for the conversion of a small

occupational health clinic to an emergency response center.

Responsibilities included operation of all medical response related to

primary and emergency care of the employees, their families and 3500

refugees at the NASA facility. Coordinated staff, medical supplies and

emergency response to well over 200 patients per day the first 30 days post

Katrina. Continued support of clinic lasted 6 months until all displaced

persons were relocated and medical support organized for patient care.

Awarded the NASA Public Service Medal for leadership of NASA Stennis Space

Center medical operations during the Katrina Hurricane emergency.

Medical Staffing for Government and Military clients began in summer 2001.

Included overall operations management and recruiting for clients with

multiple state locations throughout the north and southeast United States.

Sites included hospitals, clinics, laboratories, etc. Multiple Award Task

Order (MATO) type bids and contract award for multiple medical staff

positions and Task Order Proposal Request (TOPR) awards throughout duration

of contract. Trend analysis of awards during a 5 year period totaled 32% of

bids.

Successful in development and award of the Department of the Interior and

several other government agency Medical Review Officer (MRO) contracts.

Responsible for program management of their Drug Testing results, utilizing

quality control standards of performance. Emphasis was on directing and

coordinating all aspects of a nationwide drug testing interpretation

program for 56 government agencies under the new Reagan Executive Order.

Utilization of all technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of

Occupational Health, Medicine and Environmental Services and Medical

Staffing. Responsible for technical and financial proposal development and

implementation upon award in new business for commercial and government

contracting in Occupational Medicine and Medical Staffing for the military.

of physicians, nurses, physician assistants, lab technicians, x-ray

technicians, etc., in the overall operation and work flow of the unit,

inclusive of nursing duties related to project needs. Entrepreneurial

spirit and background in designing and implementing a total business

concept at corporate level within one year. Was able to build business

with limited capital and triple the initial gross revenues in excess of

$1.4 million the first year.

As newly appointed VP, was given program management and administration

responsibilities for over 62 commercial and Federal contracts with over 60

professional and support staff in areas of Primary Care, Occupational

Health and drug testing full service programs.

Successful in development of a nationwide marketing program focusing on

target markets, market segmentation and understanding of the competitive

edge on pricing within the Occupational Health, drug testing and physicals

industry. Directed and reviewed all components and phases of installation

of management information systems utilized in program management of drug

testing and occupational health tracking.

Directed and coordinated all aspects of a nationwide quality control

program to establish standards of performance. Prepared clinical

facilities staff for JCAHO accreditation. Increased JSA O-R client contract

report immediately upon implementation.

Responsible for financial management, costing and budgeting for new and

current contracts in excess of $7 million the first year. Developed and

implemented procedures necessary to evaluate current and long-term
