handling multiple of dietary needs and allergy restrictions. Assisted in
bringing the vessel to life, from shipyard to operational status, creating
menus, procuring all items needed for the set-up and operation of the
galley and dining the facilities. Provided input on the redesign of the
galley and dining facilities, which are currently undergoing renovation to
bring the galley up to the required specifications for shipboard
operations. This vessel played an extended and critical role in operations
monitoring the oil spill disaster in the Gulf of Mexico, supporting
operations and conducting research for any impact to the ocean and the
