OBJECTIVE: My objective is to better myself and learn at the hand of competent

September 2011-Febuary 2013 Shift manager at Shane's Rib Shack, Newnan;

Responsibili ties include: Customer service, handling monies, interviewing, t raining, cook,

cashier, prep. Providing family fr iendly customer service and following safety guidelines.

B udgeting food cost, ordering inventory, counting inventory. Managing up to 10 crew

member throughout the day. Helping to build sales and marketing for the Newnan location.

Taking catering orders, preparing catering orders, customer conflict resolution along with

managing labor costs, and adhering to county and corporate food and safety guidelines.

June 2008-September 2010 General Manager, Zaxbys; J & B Foods/Londonderry Group. I

was brought in as an Assistant manager then promoted over t ime to GM in a store that was

not meeting it's numbers or projected success levels. With lots of hard work, retraining the

entire management staff and crew members the store was starting to make money and hit

a ll the projected numbers in service times, food and labor cost. I worked together with my

fellow managers to oversee the overall success of the store We, as a whole handle the t ruck

orders, food cost, excellent labor cost and good service t imes. I left due to family priorities as

t he hours were too much on my son and myself.

M ay 2006- August 2007 General Manager, Zaxby's; Windfield, INC I did t ruck orders,

manage labor and food cost. Oversee waste management, I t rained managers as well. This

s tore is a t raining store for the corporation so I had managers and owners in from t ime to

t ime to t rain them before they are able to manage their own shifts of stores. I was

responsible for t raining the manager's for other stores. I did administrative, technical, and

j anitorial duties to oversee to overall function ability of the store. I had worked at this store

for a year and got promoted to General Manager in early March of 2007. I left to continue

college degree then found out I was pregnant.

February 2004- April 2006 Assistant Manager, Zaxby's; Wilmar, INC I began this job as a

crew member, although during the interview the General Manager stated that he wanted to

b ring me into management as soon as a spot opened up on the management team. I did

assistant manager functions as well as offering plenty of help and support to the General

M anager by doing schedules, paperwork and computer related tasks for him. As an

assistant my duties were all basic crew positions, t raining crew, interviewing, hi ring, and

terminating team members. I did t ruck orders, schedules, opening, closing duties. Lots of

cleaning to pass the slow times of the day and t raveling to get i tems the store needed. I was

t he point of contact for t raining and scheduling as well. I left this job for a promotion within

t he Zaxby's corporation although with a different owner.

May 2002- February 2004 Shift Leader/ Crew Trainer, McDonalds I started working for this

company when I was 16 years old. I started off as a cashier doing weeknights and weekends

because of school. My duties included customer service; I was also a cashier and a cook. I

d id store cleaning, as well as opening and closing the store. I was promoted to shift

leader/crew t rainer within a few months of employment. They had every intention of

making me a manager but I was too young at the time to do the job. I t rained many of the

employees that came in to work and was always called in when needed.
