WORK RESPONSIBILITY- Having total 25 years experience ( 16 years In India & 9 years In E.Africa).

I have experience in various construction Co. & Hospitality like High Rise buildings, Villa’s, Mall’s Hospital’s etc.

I organize and co-ordinate complete requirement for the projects with the Different department

Heads (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Firefighting & IBMS) Drawings and drawing department heads, client and Client requirement, visit to consultant, visit to site and complete organize the projects.

In short I am giving below different department which I undertake for MEP projects.

Different department heads- For MEP projects HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical, Firefighting & IBMS, Design Engineers are working under me as per the client, client drawings requirements, contract drawing or design drawing, tender drawing.

We develop our shop drawing as per site requirement.

Drawing Department - In MEP drawing dept. heads, design engineers & draughtsman’s working under me different heads & drawings like :-

Plumbing – Fire fighting, water piping, drainage piping, if required sewage treatment plant etc.

HVAC – Split unit, window units chiller A/C, heat load & cfm calculation all drawings design as

per client requirement.

Electrical – I am taking work from design engineers such as L.V. & H.V. Generators&

transformer as per the client & site requirement.

IBMS -I am taking work from design engineers such as Access Control,Asset Tracking,CCTV& PAS as per the client & site requirement.

As per the above all MEP drawings co-ordination, client requirement, 07 to 10 different drawings as

per the BOQ or BOM shop drawing are thoroughly checked by me and proceed for approval to client &

consultant.

Site - Weekly report from Project Manager, MEP store report, Quantity surveyor, Site surveyor, supervisor, Foreman & site engineer. Also safety officer & site safety report & organize the meeting for next week program according to approval shop drawings for site construction ( consultant & client ).

Man power their skilled, their knowledge.

Vendor - Also for MEP project material discussion with the vendor & submit the sample as per

BOQ or BOM to consultant for approval.

Shop Drawing, I.S.O., MEP Coordinator Drawings with help of shop drawings, consultant drawings with 6 services & Site visit. Approved drawings from consultant & report to MEP Manager & Projects Manager.
