Currently working as a senior project control systems engineer. My primary responsibility for this position is to support the project manager in the execution of project in various stages including but not limited to

project planning, scheduling, cost control, evaluations, reports and all other schedule related requirements.

My main function is project planning, scheduling and cost controlling. Preparing weekly progress reports, budget and forecast monitoring, preparing and providing cost reports and spending profiles, monthly accruals. Documenting, tracking change management, forensic analysis and maintaining the lessons learned and risk register document for the project are the part of responsibilities.

County Development Authority. Planning and scheduling the EPC projects using primavera P6, preparing resource and cost loading schedules. Maintaining the critical path and critical chain methodology to achieve the project milestones.

Defining activities, activity durations and their inter relationships. Informing the project team whenever the schedule does not appear to meet project or business objective and provide recommendation to mitigate schedule delays. Modifying schedules for changes, identifying key milestones and maintaining open communication with the project team throughout the project cycle.

Also responsible for the cost estimation of the construction material, planning the construction activities well in advance and preparing the schedule for the work to be done.
