Description: Project is developed to generate VOIP land line phone services to Business
customers, PBX and many other features for Business customers. Frontend is developed in
Siebel CRM and also Salesforce is integrated with Siebel. This project is upgrading the old
version of Oracle Siebel CRM 7.8 to new version of Oracle Siebel CRM 8.2.
Role
Developed Test plan and reviewed with team.
Developed test cases in Quality Center.
Conducted project reviews and communicated periodic updates to upper
m anagement and client contacts.
Validated the orders using Siebel CRM.
Validated campaigns, leads, accounts, opportunities, Cases and Solutions.

Description: Citicards Acquisitions Environment Management is setting up the release
environment for acquisitions related projects. Acquisitions are a process of acquiring new
card to customers. I t starts r ight from getting the applications from the prospective card
members t ill approving, pending or declining the applicant and the account number
generation.
