Oversee total Mechanical HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing efforts to ensure

projects are in accordance with all regulation codes, insurance policies,

licenses, designs, budgets, and schedules. Implement and streamline

Preventative Maintenance Programs, plan, develop, coordinate, supervise,
