WORK EXPERIENCE:

Health Services Manager-VOLUNTEERS of AMERICA of FLORIDA 05/11-Present

Complete clinical oversight of Jacksonville Homeless Residential Program. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

management and clinical supervision of 8 counselors and a medical records specialist, oversight and clinical care for 121 homeless

clients (veterans and/or SPMI) . Complete clinical assessments of new admissions, oversee/approve the development of treatment plans,

reviews and discharge planning, 1:1 therapy, group therapy, training and development of the entire office staff. Assist staff to develop
