I am a Sr. Project Manager with expertise with a wide variety of design and construction

challenges and building types. Being detailed and highly organizational allows me to effectively

plan, lead and manage the design and construction process from inception to completion. I am

PROJECT EXPERIENCE

The majority of my professional experience has been in commercial development including

commercial retail, office, medical office, restaurant, grocery anchored shopping centers and

hotels. In addition, my experience includes airports, industrial, fire station, utility systems, heavy

mechanical/electrical/fire protection systems, site development and infrastructure. Large scale

complex projects have been my most rewarding challenges.

Multidiscipline Architectural and Engineering firm providing services for the Federal

Government, Department of State and Department of Defense (DoD). Key Achievements:

• Sr. Project Manager – Assigned to resolve ongoing problem project issues for

$105,000,000 for Naval Facilities IPT Command Southwest for the North Mainside

Infrastructure project at Marine Corp Air Ground Combat Center, Twenty-nine Palms Re-

established client confidence and resolving complex heavy technical issues by reorganizing

project engineering teams, improving document quality and brought the project back on

schedule and within budget that allowed COMPANY to maintain position as leader in

engineering DoD marketplace

• Director of Design and Construction - Planned and managed the design and

construction in the historical adaptation of 65,000 sf. In 6 buildings originally constructed

in 1930 at former Naval Training Center San Diego. Upgraded and converted 6 barrack

buildings and Chapel to a modern mixed use retail commercial and office center

including two grocery markets, 6 restaurants, multiple shops and office spaces.

Development a successful team of consultants and close coordination with contractors

and tenants by implementing systems and methodologies resulting in a strong project

management component and highly successful adaptation within a strict budget and

tight timeline.

• Directed and managed a staff of 6 professionals including construction managers, tenant

coordinators and estimators to effectively develop multiple commercial developments

concurrently.

• Planned and managed the design and construction for the expansion of Lindbergh Field

Terminal 2 (9 new gates) Immediate Action Program including the renovation of the

existing terminals, creation of the commuter terminal and the associated airside and

landside improvements involving 30 separate and sequential capital improvement

projects.

• Provided owner representation, project management and construction contract

administration for Regal Cinemas western expansion program including 16 multi-level,

multi-screen movie theaters at multiple locations throughout California and Nevada.

and highest and best value solutions for property takings by transportation agencies.
