Branch Manager

Started employment as a technician and was promoted to branch manager in 2007.

Duties included all administration functions, staffing the technician force with qualified workers, tracking equipment & ensuring calibration dates met, sending sensitive materials to corporate and scheduling technicians. I was responsible for resolving issues at the local level or collaborating with corporate to implement solutions as appropriate. I initiated innovative cost saving procedures in report generation and increased the professional quality of reports that have been adopted company wide.
