To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is my personal recommendation for Glenn Lowery. Until just

recently, I have been Glenn's immediate supervisor for a couple of years.

I found him to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with

dedication and a smile.

Besides being a joy to work with, Glenn is a take-charge person who is

able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. He has

successfully passed his DOE Core training, and has worked both in the

Instrumentation Department and been assigned to work in the field

implementing 10 CFR 835 compliance for routine sampling, routine surveys,

and job coverage. Even though Glenn was a Junior Technician he caught on

fast with procedures and work packages.

Though he was an asset to field operations, Glenn was also extraordinarily

helpful in other areas of the company. In addition to performing his

specific duties, Glenn was always looking to broaden his horizons and

learn more. He started in the instrumentation department and knew how to

trouble shoot for repairs then went to the field utilizing the meters. He

was an active member of the Safety Council and worked safely and to the

procedures.

I highly recommend Glenn for employment. He is a team player and would

make a great asset to any organization.

Sincerely,

Mike Kalman
