Turned the online store around from over $1M in loss during 2010 to over a million dollar profit estimate in 2012. Refocused store direction from top-line revenue to bottom-line margin generation. Resegmented the store CRM audience to better align with defined target consumer group. Controlled expenses by seeking cross-channel promotional synergy.
