Manager of Plant Engineering and Facilities
Manage 476 bed progressive teaching hospital with duties consisting of medical gasses, hazardous waste disposal, electrical transfer switches, emergency generators, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Read and interpreted commercial building blueprints including electrical one line diagrams, and building piping systems.
Involved in utility rate structures and billing, power quality issues, facility maintenance, power factor improvement, HVAC systems, boiler plant and energy efficiency improvements.
