Perform solicitations, negotiations, management and administrative functions for Domestic and International Suppliers under the Joint Strike Fighter Program F-35 (JSF). Manage multiple subcontracts totaling over $25.5M. Travels extensively overseas and domestically to conduct financial and technical review, cost and price analysis, initiate confidential disclosure agreements, conduct negotiations, and present weekly monthly performance reviews and presentations utilizing Power Point and Excel Programs. Managed Time Material, Firm Fix Price, Cost Plus, Cost Plus Fix Fee, and Bailment Agreements. Assumes role of manager during management absence. Review and approval technical documents, review drawing, graphics and PBSs (Performance Based Specifications).
