activities to include and not limited to, risk identification, management, incident reporting, investigations,

field inspections, assessments and numerous HSE, compliance training activities.

Contractual Compliance, ensuring all work performed is within the boundaries of the LOGCAP Contract, to

include Scope of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statement (PWS), and Master Schedule of Work (MSOW).

Ensuring Preventive Maintenance is followed on schedule per Job Plan and Standard Operating Procedure

(SOP). Reviewing service orders, verifying they fall under definition of Corrective Maintenance, per scope of

work. Performing Technical Inspections and New Work Assessments, as contractually required within

description and scope of the Letter of Technical Direction, (LOTD).

Ensure all work performed, is within response and completion criteria per Performance Work Statement

(PWS). Evaluate site personnel to source and identify strengths in order to achieve improvements in staff

morale, additionally Implemented, an improved maintenance management program and enhanced ordering

function. Reprioritized training to eliminate non-task oriented elements, emphasising quality control and

assurance procedures are in order, to enhance the prescribed level of maintenance and spearheading

hands-on management.

employment with Fluor Government Group will be March 10, 2013. I will be looking for active

employment in the US as of March 15, 2013. I am very safety minded person and always put

safety first at all times. I am seeking employment as a shop supervisor in the field of tractor

trailer and heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
