SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Oversight of Theater Logistical missions encompassing Class I, Capitalized Class III B, CRSP, Class IX Ground & Air, Class III R, FARP,CRSP, Field Maintenance, SSSC, SSA, Ice productions & distribution, along with bottle water storage.

Created contingency plans for logistics support. Maintained department cost, complied with DoD, EPA, OSHA, FAR and ASTM regulations. Provided work instructions/ specifications for local vendor subcontracts and purchases. Under broad direction, designs and implements strategies, process, policies and programs for Logistics. Overall responsible for maintaining Commodity levels of Fuel, bottles water, oxygen production, which are internally managed or supplied by Iraqi contractors. Other services managed include Supply Support Activities (SSA) and Self Service Supply Centers (SSSC) throughout Iraq.

Provide monthly reconciliations, analyze trends and provide detailed reports for the Department of State. Support a country population of 18,000 personnel. Utilization of DLA Ground PORTS (Paperless Ordering Receipt Transaction Screens) and FMD.

Bottom line responsibility of 124 large sized Logistical Support functions for the Department of Defense. Field Maintenance, Capitalized and No Cap Bulk/Retail Fuel Operation, MEDLOG facilities, Ice Production, Fuel Testing Laboratories. Provided historical data vital for the submission of new business proposals. Responsible for day to day contact and communication with the Military and Clients. Supervised field personnel through subordinate leaders. Support to 150k Soldiers and Contractors in Iraq. Detailed planning for closing out DoD Support Functions in line with the re-deployment of US forces in Iraq.
