Operations Supervisor for Carthage FMT(Field Management Team)

Effectively managed the Carthage Operations in respect to HSE, OE, Production, and Financials. Assisted in all ways possible to help the Gas Area and MCBU to achieve all of its goals each year and was successful in doing all of this. In performing these duties I supervised app. 35 company employees and on any given day up to 100 contract employees.

1997-2002 Texaco E P Inc. Carthage, Tx.

Adv. Operations Supervisor (Kilgore Production Team)

(Worked all of East Texas Area w/5 rigs running during 2000-2001)

Supervised the Staking of all proposed new wells and made sure all plats, and ect. Were complete in order for EA to acquire drilling permits.

In the process of staking new wells, assessed the proposed drill site for impact to wetlands and if necessary called wetland consultants to perform wetland delineation and prepare necessary documents to acquire wetland permits.

Settled damages with surface owners in order to construct new drilling locations and associated flowlines.

Prepared all paperwork in order to acquire payment to landowners for surface damages and handled payment of same.

Bid and Supervised the construction of new drilling locations and all associated work prior to drilling rigs moving in on location.

Supervised the remediation of all drill sites after completion of drilling operations.

Also worked with Production Supervisors to acquire any additional pipeline ROW, powerline easements, and surface leases needed in production operations.

Supervised 4 Gas Measurement Technicians to make sure that all measurement was done according to API and Texaco Specs. Made sure that gas meters were installed on all new drilled wells in a timely manner.

Served as a resource for Workovers as needed.

Worked on special projects as needed. Ex: Helped perform Safety and Enviromental Audits, as well as helped prepare for them. Relieved in the absence of Compressor Foreman after the existing one retired.

While performing all these duties, making sure it was all done in a safe and enviromentally friendly manner.

1985-1997 Texaco E P Inc Carthage, Tx.

Supervised all production operations in the Carthage FMT.

-supervising as many as 30 company employees in order to maintain maximum production at all times. Also varying number of contractors as well.

-supervised all workover operations.

-supervised all pipeline and facilitiy installations.

-supervised new well completions.

While performing all of these duties I made sure they were performed in a safe and enviromentally friendly manner.
