Human Resources Benefits Specialist
Managed, coordinated and implemented all operational activities necessary for the efficient functioning of all Employee Benefit programs for Riverview Hospital and Riverview Surgical Management Associates.
* Trained Management staff on Family Medical Leave Act and Employee Performance Appraisal Process to ensure consistent Hospital wide compliance.
* Worked with outside vendor to design and implement a new HRIS system to combine all payroll, compensation and HR data bases into one system, which provided for more efficient and consistent processes for both payroll and HR.
