* Directed Plant managers and maintenance managers in 6 different plants and overseen the process of equipment purchases, leasing, security operations, custodial and grounds operations, maintenances, repairs, and installations of all equipment and operations. I had overseen the remodel of the whole facilities at the request of management. Because of our qualification.

* Directed the development and implementation of a computerized maintenance management system in these facilities of which amounted to 1,000,230, 005 square ft and a fleet of 172 forklifts and over 2,169 of manufacturing equipment. I.e. welders, punch presses, benders, saws, powder coating systems and assembly lines. It improves the quality and the quantity of manufacturing and the output to the numbers of units shipped.

* Coordinated the start up of nine plants, including compliance with state and city requests, installation of equipment, and implementation of manufacturing and maintenance process and programs and layouts.

* Developed all ISO 9001 certification for the Manufacturing, Maintenance Department, Custodial Employees, Grounds Crew, and Security Force and Contract Labor. The process written below covers the whole company.

* Coordinated with any construction contract labor to insure ISO 9001 Compliance. It allowed companies that came in to review our company that being ISO 9001 certified these processes and procedures were in place for every operations done in our company. Which must companies either require or want to see. It gives them the confidence that our company is operating with great quality system and there is a procedure for every action preformed.

* Responsible for the development and process of the utility efficiency program which amounted to $100,003.00 in savings annually. And $124,272.00 annually in natural gas by brokering fuel from the well head. I performed this task because it allow me to negotiate the price at the well head and by pass all the in-between groups and lock that price for any amount of time I wanted, Saving the company thousands of dollars in gas prices,

* Developed award winning waste management and recycling programs, which amounted to $150,078.00 in revenue and a cost savings of $251,000.00 in waste removal annually.

* Organized and maintained budgets of over $8,000,562,000.00 for the department and capital expenditures annually. This was important so I could manage the dollars on a month to month basses. And I had to report to my superiors each month if any of the number were out of balance. And what corrective actions were going to take place to correct it. These accounted for five departments.

Production Manager

August 1986 - July 1989

* Managed and supervised over 251 employees. My team of manager was assigned to insure that, one all there employee were there to operate their equipment and production lines and that each employee was doing the job to the procedure writing.

* Envisioned, developed, and implement assembly line technology for the production of treadmills which are still in use today at Icon. I designed with the help of few members of my team who understand manufacturing and production output. What equipment we would need to put out maximizes output. And always looking for new enovative technology to assist us in is as efficient to meet our demand for orders and with the best quality.

* Recorded, tracked, managed spreadsheets pertaining to all aspects of assembly line production. All of the production was paid by piece rate so we had to come up with a rate based on the product. And make any adjustment to the pay that was fare to company and to the employee. And it had great success increasing in our production out. Plus each line was evaluated on quality and paid according to the number of unit put out with good quality.

* We maintain budgets for production departments and capital expenditures in the amount of $2,347,000.00
