SUMMARY

Over seventeen years experience in the US military as a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High Yield Explosives (CBRNE) Non Commissioned Officer (NCO) and Officer. Eleven years experience as a Fire, Rescue, and EMR Technician and currently an actively responding DoD certifies CBRNE technician. Over fourteen years experience as a manager in various fields of employment. Currently the Maintenance Supervisor at Penkse North Bergen, one of the busiest Fleet repair facilities in the Tri-State area. We handle a total of over 175 man hours of Truck repairs and maintenance daily.

MILITARY EXPERIENCE

OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY& HEALTH SPECIALIST [TOBYHANNA ARMY DEPOT]

As the Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) Safety Officer my primary job is to assist in maintaining the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety assessment Series 18001 and OSHA's Voluntary Protection Program (VPP). I do this by responding to and resolving nonconformities, managing safety targets and objectives and overseeing internal and external audits of the management system. Additionally I: Conduct safety inspections and incident investigations. Run, as the Program Manager, the Safety Training, Asbestos, and various other programs assigned to me. I am responsible for responding, maintaining and continually improving the designated programs. I advice cost center supervisors of potential problem areas and provide recommendations for corrective actions or further investigation. I support such programs as confined space, fall protection, respiratory protection and personal protective equipment. I educate supervisors and safety star points (employee representatives for safety) of the appropriate safety and occupational health measures necessary to control or eliminate hazardous operating processes or environmental conditions. Furthermore I assist the TYAD Fire Department by serving as a member of the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear response team and an EMT responder. Other duties as assigned.

CIVIL AFFAIRS TEAM LEADER: 1411 CA CO [DEPLOYED]

Serve as a Civil Affairs Team Leader in direct support of two Task Forces, the 2-28 IN BN and the 2-69 AR BN. My mission was to engage and influence the civil populace with business and government continuity projects, developing and implementing mitigation plans, and transitioning CA operations in Army, joint, interagency, and multinational operations to support the maneuver commander. Develop various local preparedness, response and recovery operations through, with or by indigenous populations and institutions, Intergovernmental Organizations (IGOs), Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs), and various Governmental Organizations (GOs); expand civilian core competencies in the systems or organizations of public health and welfare, public safety, public administration, public works/infrastructure, economics and commerce and public education and information; enable the force to assess, monitor, protect, reinforce, establish, and transition political, economic, social, and cultural institutions and capabilities to achieve U.S. national goals and objectives. I was directly responsible for over 25 projects with an estimated $4,000,000.00 US Dollar value. Other duties as assigned.

EXECUTIVE OFFICER: 411 CHEMICAL CO

As the Executive Officer of the 411 CM CO I ran the day to day operations of the unit along with the company First Sergeant. My primary mission was to assist the commander with the planning and implementation of CBRNE defensive and offensive operations. Conducted and determined CBRNE threat and vulnerability analysis, developed mitigating plans to counter the CBRNE threat and implement vulnerability reduction measures. As the only trained civil support member of the company, I acted as the liaison between the 411 CM CO and the emergency response community in our area of operation during our White Mission years. The WMD-CST mission was to support local, state, and federal emergency response organizations in all matters pertaining to the protection and security of personnel, property and equipment during intentional and unintentional release of domestic CBRNE incidents and natural or man-made disasters that could result in the catastrophic loss of life or property. Oversaw and maintained over $9,000,000 in CBRNE detecting and mitigating equipment. Developed, and updated the company's various emergency response plans, operational orders and Standard Operating Procedures. Other duties as assigned.

NAVAL MOBILE CONSTRUCTION BATTILION 14

As a member of NMCB 14 I provided responsive military construction support to Navy, Marines, other forces in military operations and disaster and recovery relief to civilians during natural and man-made disasters. I was attached to Delta Company, tasked as a prime contractor for vertical construction and subcontractor to Alpha for concrete work, carpentry and timber construction support. Additionally I was one of 14 trained CBRNE instructors who during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm were tasked with training some of the Seabees who served in the Middle East in CBRNE offensive and defensive posture. Assist FEMA during disaster recovery operations, by performing search and rescue operations, clearing runways and roadways, repairing utilities, facilities, schools, and recovering evidence and classified materials. Other duties as assigned.

PROFESSIONAL CIVILIAN EXPERIENCE

FLEET MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR: PENSKE

As Penske's maintenance supervisor my primary job is to provide direct supervision and rapid turnaround of vehicle and equipment repairs, and assert that quality assurance/quality control procedures are in place and functioning properly. I do this by reviewing completed work for timeliness, completeness, accuracy, and quality. Evaluate and implement employee training, shop safety programs (OSHA) standards, tool inventory and accountability procedures, and inspections and certifications. Coordinate outside fleet repairs; maintain up-to-date knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and any new regulation from the Industry or Department of Transportation to make sure the company stays in compliance.

FLEET MANAGER: JERSEY EAGLE SALES COMPANY

Manage the operation and maintenance of Jersey Eagle Sales Company's fleet of trucks, trailers and cars. Developed the fleets administration standards and vehicle operating policies, prepared the annual budget and periodic reports on operating costs, specked, purchased, and leased the company's fleet of trucks, trailers, cars and equipment. Have operational control over the maintenance, repair,, replacement and disposal of all vehicles. Managed the fleets related risk management training which included safety and accident prevention programs.

FRANKFORD TWP FIRE DEPARTMENT

As a trained firefighter my job is to protect life and property through activities associated with fire prevention, fire suppression, CBRNE and industrial hazardous materials response, and medical incidents response. Train to maintain the necessary skills to achieve that end.

Planned the storage arrangement of the goods within the warehouse and organized the special requirements for certain perishable and expensive stock, such as chilled and fragile products, managed the workers and dealt with the personnel issues such as the recruitment, training and discipline of the staff.
