Led Staffing CoE team of up to 20 serving Bridgewater, NJ and Swiftwater,
PA business hubs (eight divisions) to recruit >1500 FTEs/year
(Manufacturing, R&D, Commercial Operations and Support Functions). Managed
contingent workforce program and vendors (PRO Unlimited, Manpower) for US

. Provided Staffing subject matter expertise and leadership to HR Business
Process Change Project Team charged with standardizing / harmonizing
industry-leading practices company-wide. Selected as project leader to
design / implement new applicant tracking system for North America that
will be the model for global recruitment.
. Represented US Staffing on Global HR Outsourced Services Project Team
that selected six retained executive search firms to support 100K
employees. Negotiated new two-year contracts with 12 month guaranteed
candidate replacement, global off-limits, and reduced fees that resulted
in annualized savings of E1.5M.

full-time / four contract employees handling full-time / temporary staffing
needs, employee relocation, employment compliance, university relations,
and orientation / on-boarding.
. Re-engineered centralized staffing function with emphasis on hiring
manager relationships. Created model based on volume and resource
flexibility. Led team to fill over 4500 positions meet or exceed staffing
KPIs for eight consecutive years (e.g., hired 189 employees in <5 months
to achieve R&D staffing objective).
