Director - Store Construction

Enlisted to fill role that had remained vacant for 1 years, supplying

expertise in retail store design for young women's apparel chain with 525

stores throughout the US with average size of approximately 7K sq. ft.

Challenged to create new store prototype and oversee construction of retail

locations and outlets. Supervised Store Designer and Project Manager.

Negotiated contracts and awarded projects to general contractors. Qualified

vendors and directed development of custom store fixtures, signage,

millwork, flooring, storefronts, and special features. Served on Real

Estate Executive Committee and aided in review and approval process for

future store locations. Reviewed all landlord lease agreements and
