Human Resource and Payroll Director for 13 Company Locations (600+ employees)

Managed the daily operations of HR and payroll department, and supervised an HR Assistant and Payroll Clerk. OSHA safety

management: Principles and Programs. Benefits administration, year-round changes, new hire, and life event selections, set up annual

open enrollment meetings, reconciling mthly billing benefits, and employment hiring for a multi-state staff; Managed the company’s

401(k) plan, including annual compliance reporting, as well as their worker’s compensation and general liability for guests; HRMS

implementation, testing, maintenance, and security; Developed employee orientations; Handled employee disciplinary situations, as well

as guest, complaints, grievances and disputes; Establish guidelines for the employment process and assure that the recruitment and

selection processes are consistent throughout the hiring of multi-state staff; pre-employment, background investigation, drugs screen and
