- Generating of work order & Disassemble & Inspection package,

including drawings, as-found documentation and other forms

- Disposition pump after disassembly

- Generate quote for customer with break down of repairs needed and

cost

analogy

- Once job is accepted & PO is issued by the customer

- Order parts both manufactured and other

- Prepare Work order & repair package, including part sizing/ AUD

drawings and the necessary documentation to complete assembly of the

pump. This includes target dates.

- Monitor progress of all projects on a daily basis ensuring a smooth

repair

- After completion, Shipping of pump to the required shipping

address

- Make up data-packages for the customer giving as-found dimensions,

as-built dimensions, certificates, balance data, Hydro test data and

other pertinent information.
