Previous Applicable Deployment Experience:

* Advised and assisted General Officers and Senior military personnel with establishment, maintenance and employment of all aviation assets and Personnel Recovery (PR) policies, orders and procedures, to include in-country PR capabilities. Served as the Commander`s aviation subject matter expert for strategic aviation planning.

* Developed, and employed traditional and Asymmetrical Aviation Recovery techniques.

* Initiated and implemented individual Evasion Plans of Action (EPAs) for Members of Congress, State Department Personnel, General Officer and senior military personnel movements across the battlespace of Afghanistan.

* Educated all theatre Special Forces Group personnel on building Isolated Persons Reports (ISOPREPs), and managed the Department of Defense Blood Chit program on multiple deployments.
