* Project managed the sourcing out of the organizations Print Fulfillment process to an outside print-n-mail recovery vendor so that in the event of a facility loss operations would continue. As Manager of Disaster Recovery & IT Business Continuity for Santa Barbara Bank & Trust (April 08 - June 2012), I was responsible for a comprehensive enterprise-level Disaster Recovery Program covering 52 retail branches, a primary data center and 10 back-office facilities located throughout the state of California. I was responsible for directing all disaster recovery activities across multiple data centers and an IBM hot-site. Prepared and tracked 4MM budget for a multi-level DR program over three distinct phases resulting in a high level of survivability.

As Senior Project Manager of Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity for Countrywide Financial (Nov 2004 - Apr 2008), I oversaw CHL (Loan Administration) Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Program activities and maintenance.
