Currently working in L&T Integrated Engineering Services - a division of Larsen & Toubro Ltd., in off highway and Agricultural equipment group as Mechanical Design Engineer in product design and development area.

Excellent ability in faster design optimization by identifying the areas which can be customized / optimized by using Mechanical CAD design Software like Pro/Engineer Wildfire 4.0, Solid Works etc., for productivity improvement.

Project: Design of light truck Dump body redesign Project

Scope was to design new Dump body with new styling and considering Aerodynamic shape compare to existing bodies (Rugby, Crysteel & Heil). Cost optimization in all aspect by applying best Design & Engineering concept and by considering existing manufacturing facilities.

CAD/CAE Environment: SolidWorks-2007 and Autodesk Inventor10

Developed different design concepts for truck Enclosure body and assemblies by considering existing manufacturing facilities.

Developed new different styling design with Aerodynamic shape using best curved profiles and surfaces to minimize air contact on the body surface.

Designed a new Canopy for truck enclosure to reduce drag force and calculated drag force by considering resisting area of Canopy and drag force equation.

Created complete assembly models and assembly for new developed body and HEIL dump body.

Generated manufacturing drawings incorporating all details like welding, GD&T according to client's requirement and specification.
