Hello my name is Joseph, I am looking for a second part time job . The hours I am looking for are a least 25 to 30 hours a week. I am able to work weekends and holidays. I have 3 years of BOH experience as a line cook where I learned how to run broil, saute, flat top, and fry. I went to parkway west ctc for culinary arts I II and III where I gained knowledge in plating design, recipe reading, knife skills, and buffet serving.
