Pragma is a New York-based financial services firm and an established provider of innovative trading solutions to buy-side and sell-side clients.

Project Management Accomplishments:

Recruited to set-up and build out "soup to nuts" the back office operations of Pragma's pilot Executing Broker Dealer business line including the integration of external systems with proprietary technology, implementing structure around middle and back offfice operations, and development of order management database and management reporting tools.

Employed domain expertise to provide strategic direction and give guidance on problem resolution during implementation stage of order management system; captured necessary system functionality and introduced scalable platform for future enhancements.
