TAKENAKA is one of the largest construction company's in the world and at over 700 years of continuous operations is certainly the oldest. I was Hired through Dunhill Professional Search as a temporary project engineer for the renovation of the Melim Building Only. The Melim Building is a 10 story high rise in downtown Honolulu. It was occupied almost exclusively by Attorneys, Building was occupied during renovation. I was their on site point man running the job. Handled complaints from attorney tenants, who were outright predatory! This was a tough position which I successfully handled.
