EMPLOYMENT

2007- Sales Representative - 4 G's Granite-Tile and masonry .

Responsibilities include prospecting the Hudson Valley for new clients that would want to upgrade

their homes or businesses with Granite, Caesar-stone, Silestone, Soapstone, etc. I would also relate

mostly with Kitchen and Bath showroom owners and contractors or tradesmen. I would also measure and draw layout diagrams and calculate the square footage and cost of the product

chosen. I also have prospected for the tile and masonry contracts as well. Although this business is

not a related industry in my past I was a quick learner and applied my prospecting and relationship skills that are producing sales currently.

2005-2007

-VP of Marketing &Sales - The Able Studio/Putnam Shops.com

Responsibilities included selling ad space on

an internet directory and seeking and recruiting sales persons. I also presented the option of

presenting the clients the with upgrades starting from a free listing to

ownership of

their own business website and/or a shared directory website.

The

inclusions that I performed were to present the four packages offered, there price points, the functions

they performed and to convey how this product could benefit their advertising campaign. Some of the

packages included numerous photos that I took with my digital camera and enough

printed ad copy about their business profile. The renewal or subscription rates that other medias were

costing couldn't compare to our offering.Being a former Yellow Page Rep I knew the value and cost

of what the media was charging the public and would advise businesses to entertain

this product and use it as a basic website in their avertising program. I also offered links to their

own website that would be linked from our directory.

I

canvassed the entire Hudson Valley for new and former Yellow Page clients and within one year the original

Putnam directory grew into the neighboring counties of Dutchess and Westchester with a coming soon

Hudson Valley Business Directory. I was responsible for most of the collections,contract agreements, sales and marketing.

responsibilities creating ads for Yellow Pages in the Hudson Valley.

Other requirements were to cold call and set appointments for new and existing house accounts and

showing them a financial plan. Predominate territories included Putman, Westchester, Orange, Ulster
