Duties include:

* Month End and year end close procedures. Preparation of Departmental and Consolidated Group Management Financials.

* Analysis of variances between budget and actual performance and report to Director of Finance.

* Preparation of Monthly Balance Sheet schedules.

* Journal Entries to the General Ledger for monthly accruals, prepayments and allocation of costs to different cost centers.

* Receiving, coding and inputting vendor invoices into the Accounting system. Prepare and send out cheques and EFT payments.

Financial Accountant (Secondment) - Rosewood Tucker`s Point Club (14 months)

Bank Reconciliation Administrator (Secondment) - Accountant`s General Office (3 months)

Duties include:

* Reconciling approx. 10 Bank Accounts ($BMD & $USD) for different departments in the Government of Bermuda to bring them up to date for the March 31, 2009 year end Audit review.

* Prepare Revenue Analysis for cash, cheques and Credit Card deposits.

* Investigation of any outstanding Reconciling items on the various bank reconciliations and post adjusting entries were necessary.

* Providing relevant documentation to the Management Accountant for follow up with the banks and different departments on outstanding items.

Accountant for Charitable Organization (3 months)

Duties include:

* Re-Entering data into the Client`s Quick Books System from the inception to present.

* Preparation of financial statements for Regulatory and Audit purposes

* Preparing and maintaining a Fixed Asset Depreciation listing.
