To Whom It May Concern:
I have had the distinct pleasure of having Ms. Cheryl Staggs as a student in courses at Colorado Technical University Online. Ms. Staggs consistently demonstrated a unique ability to comprehend intricate details involved in assignments related to courses taken with me, and constantly looked for ways to provide assistance to other learners in need, clearly demonstrating leadership skills of more seasoned individuals. She often went above and beyond when responding to course assignments that clearly demonstrated her critical thinking skills. In an online educational environment, active participation at all levels is critical if learners are to be successful. Cheryl was actively involved in all aspects of the course, including live chat sessions, discussion boards, and interacting with other learners on a consistent basis. She clearly demonstrated her ability to perform at an exceptionally high level in responding to all assignments in my courses, as indicated by her grades. Although rare, when constructive criticism was offered, she accepted it without reservation, and looked at it as a positive learning experience.
I sincerely recommend Ms. Staggs for any position that she may be qualified or applying for with your organization. Should you need any additional information related to her, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Professor Ray Newman, M.S.C.J., A.B.D.
