As a Senior Pastor in the United Methodist Church I am responsible for sales and
marketing, budgeting, accounting, P&L, human resource, driving and selling the vision.
Building and managing teams. Developing policies and procedures. Being
accountable for everything, in writing, to a District Supervisor (Vice President) and a
Bishop (President). We are moved and reassigned churches by a Bishop. I have
been with the Methodist Church for over 20 years. The organization is heading a
direction that I won't be able to follow. I have always pursued IT skills as an interest
while managing the church. My desire is to enter IT management or project

Epworth United Methodist Church
Leading facility renovations, organizational restructuring, new team development,
building a central vision. Renovated the phone and LAN also. In the process of
turning the organization around. Built a new website.

1.2 million dollar renovation of the facilities. Designed and installed the LAN and
phone system. Renovated the management teams and the organization.

around.
