Management Analyst for Medical and Personnel Evaluations, Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Civil Support Team (CST), Standardization Evaluation and Assistance Team (SEAT), U. S. Army National Guard, Alutiiq Security and Technology LLC, November 2005 to Present

* Developed detailed personnel and medical checklists for the U.S. Army National Guard SEAT Program. Conducted over 200 for-the-record evaluations which greatly contributed to the overall readiness of the WMD CST and CERFP medical program.

* Contributed to the development of the current National Guard WMD CST and CERFP regulation and field manual and assisted in multiple working groups which are held on the national level within the medical community as a subject matter expert.

* Ensured the national standardization of technical compliance, quality assurance and personnel and medical management for 57 WMD CST`s. Responsible for formal written report of evaluations, which are submitted to the Chief of the National Guard Bureau and State Adjutant`s General, detailing specific findings regarding compliance to national standards.

First Sergeant, 95th Civil Support Team (Weapons of Mass Destruction), California Army National Guard, Hayward, California, August 2002 to January 2006

* Directly supervised, trained, and led fourteen non commissioned officers and mentored and coached five officers to successfully lead three CST working groups, two critical task selection boards, and produce over twenty distinguished honor graduates in three years.

* Designed and implemented new systems and procedures for all unit training, administrative, retention, and non commissioned officer professional development programs within the first three months of assuming the Senior Operations NCO position.

* Conducted training of entire units Combat Medical Lifesaver and Emergency Medical Technician training program with 100% first time pass rates.

* Advised and facilitated WMD training programs for emergency first response agencies throughout California resulting in over 300 fire fighters and law enforcement officers being trained in Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High Yield Explosive medical response.

Battalion Senior Medic, 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, Fort Lewis, Washington, 1998-2000

* Developed training plans that resulted in 100% of all attending Ranger medics earning their Expert Field Medical Badge, 100% of all Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians maintaining their National Registry currency and greater than 95% of all assigned Rangers completing the Ranger Combat Lifesaver program.

* Planned, coordinated and executed a multitude of deployments including one Joint Readiness Exercise, three no-notice Savage Strike exercises, three Fixed and Rotary-winged Bi-lateral exercises and multiple Platoon External Evaluation exercises.

* Helped design and implement the Ranger Sports Medicine program that has now been adopted throughout the Ranger Regiment and is the model for USASOC and other SOF programs.

Evacuation Squad Leader, 3rd Battalion, 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, 1995-1998

* Trained and led eight soldiers in his squad to achieve 100% rating in four Operational Readiness Surveys over a 14 month period and commended by the Inspector General for the readiness and training of all soldiers and equipment under his care.

* Nominated and awarded membership into the prestigious Audie Murphy Club and awarded the class Leadership Award in his Emergency Medical Technician Class, which earned a overall 92% GPA.

* Directly supervised and led his evacuation section in evacuation operations at JRTC to maintain a 5% died of wounds rate two years in a row, which was the lowest to date.

* Led his medics during the mass shooting at Fort Bragg, NC by providing emergency medical treatment and evacuation to four critically wounded soldiers within minutes of the incident and established a casualty collection point for fourteen other patients which resulted in casualties being treated and evacuated and in surgery within one hour.

Line Medic Squad Leader, 3rd Battalion, 325th Airborne Battalion Combat Team, Vicenza, Italy, 1992-1995

* Led, mentored and trained a section of twelve line medics in numerous successful airborne operations and deployments throughout Europe and Africa.

* Responsible as the soul medic for the health and welfare of a 200 man Infantry Company for over one year through multiple deployments and field training exercises.

* Conducted medical training for over 200 medical and infantry personnel from Allied Mobile Forces throughout Europe during Joint Exercises in Turkey, Germany, England and Italy.

* Led the division`s medical sections in the conversion from old medical equipment SKOs to the new MOD MED System.

* Deployed innumerable times with the battalion to two Jungle Operations Training Center rotations, two Joint Readiness Training Center rotations, a National Training Center rotation, a Multinational Forces and Observer mission and led a nine man evacuation section during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.

* Preformed every duty position within an Airborne Infantry Medical Platoon with great success receiving three letters of appreciation from three different Division Commanders for junior leadership excellence.
