Strategic direction and daily management of a headquarters organization within the Pentagon. Leads a staff of 8 high performing officers in providing oversight/management of the Air Force's $29B nuclear enterprise. Directs force structure and fiscal programming for all nuclear combat capabilities to include the B-2 and B-52 bomber aircraft, Intercontinental Ballistic Missile strategic platform, nuclear weapons stockpile and Nuclear Command, Control and Communications equipment.
Re-aligned $1.05B for ICBM sustainment and follow-on system. Prepared Air Force Secretary and Chief of Staff for time-sensitive nuclear enterprise state-of-health discussions with congressional leaders. Nuclear Enterprise sustained through the year 2030.
Funded $80M to meet Air Force New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty compliance requirements. Initiative critical to U.S. meeting bi-lateral stockpile drawdown agreement with Russia.
Capitalized on in-depth portfolio management and cost leveraging to ensure Administration's top international priority remained funded. Strengthened bi-lateral relationship w/former adversary.

Personally-selected for Vice President-chartered Task Force to craft final remediation plan for U.S. nuclear accident over Spain in 1968. Briefed to State Department for action. Cleanup actions now in progress. Strengthened key U.S.strategic alliance.
Drove "Excellent" group to "Outstanding." Championed nuclear stockpile sustainment strategies through the Nuclear Weapons Council. Commanded a nuclear combat squadron consisting of 120 Operators, 18 Facility Managers and 18 award winning culinary experts (Chefs), supporting 24-hours per day, 365 days per year, nuclear alert requirements. Perfectly employed $1.2B in equipment and personnel resources to meet warfighter requirements.
Demanded perfection and facilitated the opportunities to excel. Personnel delivered. Operators earned Highly Qualified ratings on 46 consecutive evaluations. Highest rating in unit history. Facility Managers and Chefs increased Highly Qualified ratings by 33 percent -- also best in history. Go-to unit for mission performance.
Led quality of life revolution. Directed installation of $150K internet system in 15 launch control centers. Online capability enabled operators to complete master's degrees during the night shifts while on alert. Out-of-the box leadership enabled personnel to complete key advanced education requirements ahead of schedule.
Surpassed unit performance standards led squadron to seven consecutive "Excellent" ratings on higher headquarters' evaluations. Personnel always prepared to operate under intense pressures. Unit passed extensive evaluation assuring confidence in ability to perform nuclear mission.
