SELECTED PROJECT ACCOMPLISHMENTS

IDS Replacement Project for Wright Patterson AFB (330 intrusion

detection systems with primary and redundant server) $2.3M, 2012

* Provided onsite project management of a replacement Base-wide

Intrusion Detection System (IDS) for 330 SCIF, secure area, and

collateral areas. Managed 30 plus personnel from 4 different

organizations working in 8 plus different areas of the base at

the same time while maintaining the integrity of the existing

system.

* The communication system consisted of connecting routers at 7

of the bases network aggregation points with the use of DSLMs,

DSL modems and sonic-wall encryption units connected to each IDS

system to produce a UL 2050 certified system.

* The result was an additional $1.2M project for the Nation Air

and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) along with many other

smaller projects on base.

DC VIPS Homeland Security Emergency Management Association $1M,

2009

* Facilitated a leading Physical Security Information Management

(PSIM) company thru the implementation of a system to integrate

multiple video systems, alarm systems, gunshot systems throughout

the DC area to one main monitoring system located downtown to be

used during major events or a disaster.

* The result was more follow up contracts for additional

integration and service.

Shawnee County Jail [Proprietary alarm and door control for 192

cells, internal mantraps and jail perimeter], 1998 - 2000

* Supervised the installation of alarm monitoring, video

surveillance, and door control systems to be controlled from one

main system and duplicated at the cell module level in a new

construction project, meeting all contract deliverables for on

time completion and customer satisfaction.

* The result was a follow up contract to add door control for 200

cells, including additional equipment to control lighting,

television, phones and intercom.

gate entry systems to automate the AF gate entry process to

reduce the number of guards needed to allow access to the base.

* The result was less guard intervention and faster throughputs,

helping the traffic backup issue entering the bases.

Tower [30 to 41 story condos with Pacom card access, alarm

projects, 2007

* Led a team of installers thru the new construction projects

from the application level to the closeout and training level,

other like facilities in Hawaii.

BAE Systems [Upgrade and conversion of head-end and 89 sites to

Pacom, with the addition of remote disaster recovery head-end

and 6 remote badging stations. Move Security Operations Center

to new location, and upgrade CCTV to all new DVR system], $4.3M,

* Engineered, organized and implemented a major upgrade of an

intrusion and card access system at a high level of encryption in

order to meet the Air Force and other units of the Department of

Defense`s requirements for secure facilities.

* The result was a UL certified system meeting all the

deliverables of the contract and the continuation of upgrades to

more BAE facilities across the country.

First National Bank Omaha [45-story tower addition - Card

Access/Alarm and Elevator Control for 17 elevators and 160

readers], 2002

* Performed an installation addition to an existing Pacom system

using inside and outside resources to integrate card access and

elevator control with an elevator system to provide floor level

access.

* The result was a customer who gave up the upgrade contracts

for all the remaining facilities.
