Developed a database for tracking of In-house funds for the Army AGSE division for projected coverage and funding including forms and GUI interfaces. Maintain Cost Point/Fusion spreadsheet for contract budgeting. Designed Summit Research Human Resources database tool to track employee information for company use. Tool included tracking of benefits, skills, salaries, security and EEO information. Implemented a Configuration Management System for the Aeromechanics department using PVCS Tracker and Version Manager software to allow tracking of Engineering Change Orders for software and documentation output by the Aeromechanics department. Served as configuration management Change Analyst on Engineering Change Orders. Designed an Access database for creation of Master Chart As for helicopter compartment configurations. Database consists of hardware item input and selection of hardware to generate a detailed Master Chart A for each aircraft. The database included format exportation for use in the Aircraft Weight Balance System. Designed a Task tracking database for use by the Tactical Missiles division for tracking of task funding for labor, materials and travel. This tool provides the ability to manage funding for labor over multiple projects and tasks. Designed an Access with Visual Basic Flight Test Database for storage and retrieval of flight test data. Database including entry, modify and search of Flight Tests performed on various Army Helicopters. Database incorporated ability to export to several formats such as Dante and XML. Designed database to track contract status of the Aeromechanics department of AMCOM. Integrated Army ICIS data into contract tracking database to chart contract and in-house expenditures. Detailed reports were generated for analysis of CLIN and labor category funding. Generated detailed schedules using Microsoft Project for schedule and funding analysis of the Flight Performance Manual(FPM) process generation for the Apache 64D. Schedule included project and resource loading for government and contractor labor. Baseline schedule allowed planning for future generation of FPMs.

Designed Access with Visual Basic database for tracking of quotes including hardware and software for the NASA Center for Computational Sciences. Design included previously developed concept of scenarios and subscenarios to allow what-if situations of quotes for cost estimating and analysis. Designed Visual Basic interface with various existing databases for the Corp of Engineers to allow tracking of all research activities in support of construction projects for Chemical Weapons Demilitarization facilities. This program management tool allowed in-depth research and analysis for cross checking data that exists in different states such as databases, spreadsheets and other electronic files.

Wrote Access database for a Lead Tracking System for potential proposals. Developed and maintained schedules and resource management in Microsoft Project. Designed Intranet Web pages utilizing NetOjects Team Fusion Software to allow client modification and authorship through individual workstation. The project specialized in custom development of a turnkey relational database using ACIUS 4th Dimension software to manage and generate forms and schedules for NASAs RTOP process. Key participant of an office automation team on a project management database system utilizing graphical schedule charts for an Executive Information System implemented for NASA/MSFC Office of Space Exploration and Transportation. System utilized DEC VAX fileserver over Ethernet LAN to server 20 independent Macintosh workstations. Developed the first schedule model of the fifty year advanced missions plan for the Space Leadership Planning Group (SPLG) of NASA using Primavera Project Scheduling system on an IBM PC. Mission relationships and technologies were identified to provide a logical timeline. Also performed risk analysis of future space missions for the SLPG involving evaluation of interdependencies, design and destination of payloads.

Responsible for fabrication of the Prototype Flight Manipulator Arm Task Simulator Board for the Space Shuttle. Activities included coding of acquisition of real-time test data for graphic real-time display. Software also included post acquisition, off-line reduction of data for analysis involving graphics with time and force dependent data, instrumentation of task board apparatus, electrical wiring, system calibration and software/hardware interface. Converted the SHABERTH and SINDA mechanical and thermal computer models of the Space Shuttle Main Engine Turbopump bearings to the MSFC/EADS IBM 3084 and the Cray computer systems. Activities included developing tools for the front-end and job control modeling. Involved as a key participant in Solid Rocket motor design test program installation and modification for execution on the VAX 11/70 and IBM.

Lead Engineer in development of an expert system derived database for computerized medicine utilizing American Medical Association diagnostic and therapeutic protocols.
