* FDA validation lead for the raw materials storage and transfer upgrade project involving the entire respiratory manufacturing process (Robitussin(R), Dimetapp(R), and Children`s Advil(R))

* Completed commissioning and validation of new Sterile Manufacturing Tanks, Holding Tanks, and Sterile Aqueous Suspension Tanks that doubled the capacity for new product manufacturing.

* Process Lead of reliability improvements for the Clean in Place and Clean out of Place wash systems for Liquids/Semi-Solids Manufacturing that eliminated down time for the wash system due to improper pH balance.

* Reformulated a resin process within eight months which doubled the production capability of the Pfaulder reactor and increased sales $9MM annually.

* Led a cross-functional process engineering team that developed an additive for the oil and gas drilling industry which produced sales of $10M annually at full production rates.

* Increased Hydrochloric Acid recovery efficiency from 93% to >99% within six months. The obligation for the company was to recover 97% of the hydrogen chloride generated. This differential resulted in $200M/year manufacturing cost savings.

* Redesigned new nozzle configurations in three months time that increased semiconductor yield from 92% to >97% resulting in $5MM in added sales annually using Design of Experiments.

GT ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES, Missoula, MT 2008-2012

Chemical Engineer III/Assistant Safety Manager

Developed and managed the growth curves for all reactors that were applied by the field engineers and project managers using the test reactor created and developed by GT in the R&D laboratory. Worked with the Safety Manager to establish Good Laboratory Practices and the Safety SOPs for all employees working at the Missoula office.

* Developed new technologies for CVD reactors using new run conditions in the test reactor.

* Worked with customers on-site to modify operational conditions of the GTAT reactors to optimize their production.

* Established the operational and safety SOPs to be followed at the test reactor facility by all employees and visitors to the site.

APPLIED MATERIALS, Richmond, VA 2006-2008

Process Engineer/Quality Manager

Process technical interface with 200 and 300 mm tool engineers to coordinate continuous improvement projects and actions to ensure weekly wafer start production rates. Quality manager supervising department and database of critical measurements for parts requested by Qimonda. * Developed successful cleaning method for AVIZA Pantheon and Celsior showerheads and associated parts saving on replacement cost ($125K/year) of parts after every use .
