Visitors/Bachelors Quarters Officer, Housing Director's Technical Advisor on all issues pertaining to Bachelor Housing Operations. Directly responsible for the Bachelor/Visitor Quarters receiving the 2001 Admiral Elmo R. Zumwalt Award and the CINCLANTFLT Five Star accreditation.
