Performed as a North American transformational program leader in the areas of offshoring, virtualization, private cloud computing, server consolidation, data center consolidation, and outsourcing strategy. Successfully directed the delivery of more than 750,000 troops and 2.5M short tons of critical combat materials to more than 270 locations around the globe under difficult conditions.

On a daily average, successfully managed the global coordination of 155 ships, 445 cargo flights, and 10,000 ground shipments, plus rail and truck transportation in 33 countries.

Managed a $4 billion dollar global transportation budget and ensured security
