Responsible for developing and providing computer based instruction (formal and informal) to military and government personnel on the proper operation and use of various Army Mission Command Systems and their integration with JLCCTC-ERF stem-simulations systems. Primary systems instruction consists of JDLM, BCS3, CPOF, FBCB2, VBS2 and JACATS. Supervise all preparation of instructor/trainer materials (course outline and POIs, training aids) and all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).

Responsible for training, administration, discipline and welfare of all assigned personnel. Provided guidance to Project Officers, Chief of Operation and Chief Observer/Controller/Trainers in the development of written orders, scripted injects, role player requirements, and other products sufficient to drive Command Post Training Exercises. Ensured proper staff actions in compliance with training objectives, MTP standards, METL, and overall unit training plans were meet for all exercised units.
