* Foreman at GM Proving Grounds responsible for all maintenance, tear downs, and repairs of over 44 Carrier, Trane, York and Centrificals.

* Maximized optimum efficiency and saved GM over 20%from previous years operating cost on equipment.

Serviced Commercial air conditioning equipment and industrial boilers; both steam and hydronic. Responsible for servicing and new construction of Heat pumps, and Carrier screw chillers; 30GX and 30HX chillers. Responsible for servicing, installing and programming pneumatic building controls, and Tek - Mar boiler management controls.
