ALASKA TECHNICAL/ Owner Provide non-destructive and inspection training. Also provide consulting, testing and procedure

development in NDT, Inspection, QA/QC and RTFI. Provide some inspection services such as NACE coating inspection, API 653

and CWI. Clients include State of Alaska DOL, Alaska Railroad, Hellier, Haward Middle East, ACUREN, TEAM, Peak, RAT,

Chevron, Arizona Power Service, ERA, Northern Air Cargo, EMC Engineering, Petrostar, BP, Quality Inspection and Testing,

ACUREN USA/North Slope NDE Supervisor/QA-RSO/Hellier Trainer

Supervisor 140 man crew of NDE technician s tasked with integrity management/corrosion inspection of the BP Prudhoe Bay,

Alaska oilfield. Activities included coordination with client, ACUREN staff and crews. Inspections involved UT, AUT, MT, PT, RT,

CRT, RTR, TRT, VT, API 510, 653 and 570. Inspections were in accordance with BP, ADEC, DOT, API, ASME and other

regulatory agencies.

QC Manager/Corporate Level lll AES Inspection Inc. (AESI).

QC manager & NDT Corporate Level III. Responsible for training, testing and certification of NDE and inspection personnel and

assuring compliance to all applicable corporate and client quality procedures, specifications, codes and policies Also functioned

as QC Manager for Pipeline, Power and Communication division at Vandenberg Air force base in Central California from

November 03 to June 04. Interacted with general contractors Bechtel and Boeing during the upgrade and revamp of Ground

Missile Defense System. Inspections consisted of piping, structural, painting, civil and electrical. Performed audits and vendor

surveillance of subcontractors. In addition, fulfilled QA Lead and radiographic film interpreter (RTFI) for Kenai Kachemak Pipeline

(KKPL-Marathon/Unocal LLC) in Ninilchik Alaska. Responsible for three other inspectors; coating, right of way and welding. Final

approval of all NDE results. This work was through the Operations and Maintenance division (O&M). Project consisted of

fabricating a 12 gas line crossing under several rivers and streams.

Responsible for overall direction of the company. Conduct inspections such as welding, coating, above ground storage tanks,

pipelines, buildings, bridges, marine vessels, quality audits, failure analyses and review / produce specifications associated with

quality performance. Provided services to the Petrochemical, Marine, and Transportation, Utilities, Military, State and local

governments. Provided Vendor Surveillance, Quality Auditors, NDT, API-653, QA/QC welding, coating and mechanical

inspectors.

ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR/REGULATORY OVERSITE For Udelhoven (UOSS) Contracted to ARCO Alaska to coordinate

forty-member assessment team. Responsible for budgets, coordination of three business units and one major project (Alpine).

Appoint members and team leaders, review reports and responses from assessee. Conduct internal and external quality audits

and vendor surveillance. Also functioned as regulatory liaison for ARCO pipeline during the Alpine pipeline and horizontal

directional drilling.

QUALITY ASSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE: For the Testing Institute of Alaska contracted to British Petroleum for the Endicott

Bridge, Sea water Clarifier Tank and Niakuk Well Tie-ins at Prudhoe Bay AK. Duties included auditing contractor QC. programs,

monitoring compliance to contract, codes and applicable specifications. Review of Quality Control change orders and the validity of

cost impact. Also review radiographic film and all NDE results for final acceptance. Act as B.P. representative in all QC. issues

involving mechanical operations. Responsible for all project QA/QC documentation. Performed vendor surveillance at several of the

Anchorage and Fairbanks fabrication sites.

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR: For Houston Contracting Inc. at Alyeska Pipeline terminal in Valdez and pipeline construction

in Prudhoe Bay. Responsibilities included: interim alternate as QC. Manager, developing P.Q.R. and W.P.S., inspection,

documentation and verification in accordance with API 653, 1104, ANSI B 31.3,4,8, ASME SEC. V, and Sec. IX . AWS D1.1,

AWWA, Alyeska, ARCO and British Petroleum. Inspection encompassed: welding, hot taps, hydro testing, NDE, UT thickness,

coatings, insulation & HDPE pipe.
