At the start of the company in 2003, I handled accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll for the boat personnel and staff for the vessel companies (JNB Operating) and the broker company (GOL). Work with CPA on monthly closings.

Supervise clerical staff.

Manage office which in the beginning included our telecommunications equipment, land lines, cell phones, hardware and software needs.

Provide company attorneys with information requested and facilitate the execution of legal documents with owners.

As company grew, additional staff and sales personnel were hired. I created an Access database and reports to calculate customer sales and commission for sales personnel. Another bookkeeper was hired to handle the vessel accounts and I maintained the broker company.

Entrusted with signing company checks for accounts payable, payroll, and payroll taxes. Authorized to transfer funds between bank accounts and wire funds to vendors.

Have visual only access to owners personal bank account. Transfer deposits as needed.

Work with bankers on several company accounts.

Quarterly reports for IRS and State.

Organized two office moves due to growth of companies.

Relocated from New Orleans to Raceland upon request of owner to live in house situated on property purchased to build new company office for insurance purposes. I was on site for demolition of outer buildings and construction of new office I painted and redecorated house interior.

Facilitated sale of a company office between buyer, bank, attorneys, and environmental inspector.

Organized company Christmas parties.

Manage the ticket distribution and catering for Superdome suite for Saints games. Developed great working relationship with Saints office personnel.

Made travel arrangements for owner, staff, and personnel as needed. This included airline flights, hotels, and car service.

Organize and maintain records storage for companies.
