Responsibilities include managing NutraSmart nutritional database for Melting Pot, building recipes,

working with Nutritionist to build and maintain database, producing Nutritional Menus, liason between

Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) to evaluate and develop gluten-free menus for all three brands, 3 year

retention and activities, budgeting and day to day operations. Responsible for billing on BCL system

and following an annual budget of 2.2 million. Manage a $200,000 mini renovation which includes

exterior painting, replacing capital items such as carpet, appliances, light fixtures and flooring, and

remodeling the pool area. This also requires scheduling sub-contractors and budgeting and

processing bills.

including hiring contractors, scheduling and managing work progress daily, unit inspections, acquiring

city permitting for utilities, selecting supplies and hardware to be used and giving final approval at job

end.
