Having earned his undergraduate degree from Brown University, his law degree from New York University and

N Obtained an order settling the paternity of a child against a biological father in a complex family
court dispute involving a three way custody battle between mother, husband and biological father
N Successfully argued for a change of jurisdiction for a Tennessee client defending against the New
York grandparents of his child
N Prosecuted complex felony matter to trial in Tompkins County Court, obtaining dismissal of six
counts in an eleven count indictment before a jury convicted on the remaining five counts.

Managed over 20 lawyers from different firms in an intensive analysis of over
350,000 pages of documents, coordinated that review with industry consultants
and prepared a team the deposition of numerous witnesses, eventually resulting
in a settlement providing for a total recovery of $200 million.

Assumed responsibility for organizing the legal and expert review of over 6
million pages of documents and played a central role in preparing case

in a total recovery of approximately $18.5 million for investors.

Participated in plotting legal and political strategy for civil rights matter,
including successful settlement negotiations and drafting numerous motion
