Due to the Polysilicon Expansion Project being deferred, the corporation was left with over $100M of excess equipment & material that was not being used. I was given a team and tasked with developing workflows and a user friendly system that would enable the entire corporation (Hemlock Semiconductor Group & Dow Corning) the ability to search the material and use it for capital projects and shutdowns as needed. Along with other team members, developed the project framework that consists of the project charter, numerous workflows, a risk assessment, budget development, roles & responsibilities, staffing plans, preventative maintenance plans, etc. Developed project status presentations and lead meetings for executive management. Currently in charge of maintenance and enhancements of system / process.

Also lead a secondary project dealing with raw material being taken from vendors due to the project being deferred. The team was tasked with verifying that all raw materials being taken matched what was being invoiced from the vendors. We also had to make sure that all material and heat certificates were provided with the material and everything was labeled correctly. The team performed physical and invoice audits to complete the verification which resulted in cost savings.

Project Coordinator / Engineer for the Project Controls group on a $5B Polysilicon Expansion Mega Project. Main responsibility is to coordinate between Hemlock Semiconductor Project Management and the Engineering Design Firms on development of front end engineering scope, detail design, purchase orders, construction interfaces, project schedule & cost and project reporting. Assist HSC Project Management and Project Controls departments in managing the Engineering Firms as needed.
