implementing events, public and media relations, creating different marking strategies to promote events,

I worked closely with the sponsorship department, attended conference meetings, phone meetings, sale calls and prepared sale materials. Help with day of show preparations and execution. Assisted with sponsors step up/ take down onsite, check on signs made sure each show made sure they're not covered up and are backlit. Took pictures of all events. Had sales training and organized records keeping and proof of performances recaps for each client with each different show. Also organized, filed, recorded and contacted clients of tickets. Helped with sponsor hospitality parties. Worked with radio media, and photo media.

Worked closely with students on campus, helped students identify educational and career goals, and persist and succeed in college. Created forms, marketing event promotions, worked with excel spreadsheet and Microsoft word, answered and made phone calls, helped students fill out scholarship applications, set up tutoring hours, informed students with information about financial aid, and free cultural events and trips provided by CSP.
